Who can refer?
Any current Arelli client in good standing can take part. There is no limit to the number of businesses you can refer.
When do I get my $100?
Your $100 VISA or Amazon gift card is issued once the business you referred signs a cleaning service agreement with Arelli. The referred business must be new to Arelli.
How does the $50 loyalty reward work?
Every referral that becomes a client is automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. You receive $50 each year on the anniversary of their start date, for as long as Arelli remains the cleaning provider for their facility and you remain an Arelli client.
How will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards are sent by email to the address you provide, normally within 30 days of becoming eligible.
Anything else?
Rewards are not transferable and have no cash value. Arelli may update or end the program at any time; rewards already earned will be honoured.
