Our Clients – Our Performance
As of July 2018 we have 193 small and medium-sized clients in the GTA and we’re growing at an annual rate of approximately 15%.
We measure our performance with two indices:
Customers LOSS UNDER 6 months of service: Six months of service is usually a good milestone where we get to know if there is a good match between the available cleaning crews and our clients. Once we’re over this hump it’s usually sailing from there. Since July 2013, We are tracking at 6.5% (with a 10% fluctuation) of customer loss during the first 6 months.
Customers RETENTION BEYOND 6 months of service: Since we started applying this metric in July 2013, our customer retention stands at 88% (with a 10% fluctuation). Note that the 22% loss includes jobs that we decline, businesses lost to budget cleaning companies, and of course when we fail to meet our clients’ demands.
We’ve come to learn that over 80% of our job losses are due to shortcomings in communication at the contract stage and when interacting with our crews.
